📦 Shipping

How long does my order take?
1-3 business days within Switzerland. 3-5 days across the EU. 5-10 days to the UK, US, Canada, Mexico and worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping CHF 4.90 (Switzerland), €7.90 (EU), €14.90 (international). FREE on orders above €80.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Are the stickers official Panini?
Yes. We work exclusively with authorised Panini distributors. Every box arrives with its official seal of authenticity.

What does the 100-pack box contain?
100 official packs with 7 stickers each = 700 stickers. Includes special parallel stickers (blue 1:2, red 1:25, purple 1:200, green 1:1,400 and black 1-of-1).

Are there guaranteed special stickers?
Statistically yes: in a 100-pack box you'll get on average 50 blue, 4 red and possibly a purple.

🔄 Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days from receipt. The product must be sealed and unopened. Read our return policy.

What if my box arrives damaged?
We'll send you a new one at no cost. We just need a photo of the package and we take care of the rest.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we offer interest-free 3-instalment payments via Klarna on orders over €35.
