Return Policy

30 days to return your order, no questions asked.

Conditions

  • You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order.
  • The product must be sealed, unopened and in perfect condition.
  • Opened packs and boxes are non-returnable for hygiene and collecting reasons.
  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind) are paid by the customer. Returns for defective or damaged products are paid by us.

How to return your order

  1. Email support@worldcupkick.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll reply within 24h with the return label and address.
  3. Repack the product in its original packaging.
  4. Drop it off at the carrier's office or arrange a pickup with us.

Refund

Once we receive the product at our warehouse and verify its condition, we process the refund within a maximum of 5 business days via the same payment method used at purchase.

Exchanges

Would you rather exchange the product for a different one? We do it with no shipping cost on the first exchange. We only charge the price difference if applicable.

Defective product or damaged in transit

Send a photo of the product and packaging to support@worldcupkick.com within the first 48h after receipt. We'll send a replacement at no cost and you don't need to return the damaged one.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days. WorldCupKick extends this period to 30 days. For customers outside the EU, the same 30-day return window applies.
