Refund Policy — Digital Products, All Sales Final

Important: Please read carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you accept this policy in full.
1. Digital Products Only — All Sales Are Final
Worldcupkick sells 100% digital products. We do NOT ship any physical items. Every product listed on worldcupkick.com is delivered as a digital activation code or digital collectible, sent directly to your email inbox.
Because our products are fully digital and delivered immediately to your email, ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
- No exchanges, store credits, or partial refunds
- Digital activation codes cannot be returned once delivered
- Codes are considered consumed once delivered to your email, regardless of whether you have redeemed them
2. EU Right of Withdrawal — Article 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU
Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent
- Sealed digital goods where the seal has been broken (in our case: codes delivered to email)
By completing your purchase at checkout, you give us your express consent to begin digital delivery immediately, and you explicitly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as permitted under EU law.
3. Why Our Products Are 100% Digital
Worldcupkick is a Switzerland-based digital fulfillment service. We do not manage warehouses, carriers, or physical inventory. Our products are:
- Digital activation codes delivered to your email
- Redeemable on our digital platform or partner platforms
- No physical box, no envelope, no shipping logistics involved
- No customs, no taxes on physical goods, no carrier delays

The trade-off: because the product is digital and instantly accessible upon email delivery, all sales must be final. This policy is what makes our pricing model possible.
4. The Only Exception — Non-Delivery After 7 Business Days
We will only consider a free reissue (NOT a cash refund) if:
- 7 full business days have passed since your order was paid
- You have checked your spam/junk folder
- You have confirmed the email address provided at checkout was correct
- You contacted us within 14 days of the original order date
In this case, we will resend your digital activation code to the email address provided. No cash refunds are issued, only reissue of the code.
5. What We Do NOT Refund or Reissue For
- Change of mind, buyer's remorse, "I didn't really want it"
- The customer providing a wrong, misspelled, or inactive email address at checkout
- Codes lost by the customer after delivery (we deliver once)
- Customer not knowing how to redeem the code (instructions are provided)
- Product not meeting subjective expectations
- Compatibility issues with the customer's device, browser, or location
- Gifts not appreciated by the recipient
- Orders placed by minors without parental consent
- Delays caused by the customer's email provider (spam filters, full inbox, etc.)
- Any reason not explicitly listed in Section 4
6. Chargeback Policy
If a customer opens a chargeback dispute with their bank or payment provider without first contacting our customer support and giving us reasonable time (minimum 7 business days) to resolve the issue, Worldcupkick reserves the right to:
- Contest the chargeback with full evidence (order confirmation, email delivery logs, IP records, terms acceptance, code redemption status)
- Permanently ban the customer from future purchases
- Pursue legal recovery of the disputed amount plus chargeback fees and legal costs
7. Klarna Payments
Orders paid via Klarna are subject to the same no-refund policy. You remain responsible for paying all Klarna installments in full, regardless of any dispute. Klarna's separate terms apply to the payment plan.
8. Acceptance
By clicking "Pay" at checkout, you confirm that:
- You have read this Refund Policy in full
- You understand that products are 100% digital and delivered by email
- You accept the no-refund policy
- You waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m)
- You consent to immediate digital delivery upon order confirmation
