1. 100% Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping
Worldcupkick is a fully digital service. We do NOT ship physical items. All products are delivered as digital activation codes or digital collectibles, sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.
There are no carriers, no tracking numbers in the traditional sense, no customs, no physical packages. Your purchase arrives in your inbox.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Most orders are delivered to your email within 1-7 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery time varies depending on:
- Order verification process (anti-fraud checks)
- Volume of orders being processed
- Code batch generation cycle
Some orders may be delivered within minutes; others may take up to 7 business days. Most customers receive their digital codes within 24-48 hours.
3. Free Delivery Worldwide
Because we deliver digital products to your email, there are no shipping fees, ever. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay. No hidden costs at checkout, no surprises.
This applies to all countries — we deliver worldwide at no extra cost.
4. What You Will Receive
After purchase, you will receive:
- Order confirmation email — immediately after payment

- Your unique digital activation code(s)
- Redemption instructions

5. Important: Email Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid, working email address at checkout. We are not responsible for:
- Delivery to a misspelled or incorrect email address
- Emails landing in spam/junk folders (please check before contacting us)
- Email accounts that are full, deactivated, or rejecting messages
- Email providers blocking our delivery domain
If you don't see your delivery email after 7 business days, check your spam folder first, then contact us.
6. Klarna — Pay in 3 Interest-Free
We accept Klarna Pay in 3 at no additional cost. Split your purchase into 3 interest-free installments. Your digital delivery is sent as normal — you simply pay over time.
7. Multiple Codes Per Order
If you order multiple items (e.g., Full Box + Album), you may receive your codes in separate emails as our system generates them. This is normal — all codes will arrive within the 1-7 day window.
8. No Refunds on Delivered Codes
Once a digital code has been emailed to the address provided at checkout, the delivery is considered complete. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on the no-refund terms.
