1. About Worldcupkick

Worldcupkick is a Switzerland-based digital fulfillment service offering 100% digital collectible products and activation codes related to the 2026 World Cup. We operate exclusively online via worldcupkick.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent
  • You have read and accept our Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy
  • You understand that products are 100% digital and delivered by email
  • You understand that all sales are final and no refunds are issued
  • You waive your EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU

3. Products

All Worldcupkick products are digital activation codes or digital collectibles. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. Product descriptions, images, and references on our website are illustrative only.

Worldcupkick is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by FIFA, Panini, Adidas, or any other rights holder mentioned on this site. All trademarks, product names, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (or local currency where applicable) and include VAT where applicable
  • Prices may change at any time without notice, except for confirmed orders
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna
  • Klarna installments are subject to Klarna's separate terms and credit approval

5. Order Confirmation and Digital Delivery

Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email is our acceptance of your order. Your digital codes will be delivered to your email within 1-7 business days (see Delivery Policy).

Worldcupkick reserves the right to cancel any suspicious order before delivery, in which case a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide an accurate, working email address at checkout
  • Check your spam/junk folder for delivery emails
  • Redeem your codes following the instructions provided
  • Not share, resell, or commercially exploit codes without authorization

7. No Refunds, No Returns

All sales are final. Once a digital code is delivered to your email, the transaction is complete. See our Refund Policy for the only limited exceptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worldcupkick shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Compatibility issues with your device or platform
  • Delays caused by force majeure (natural events, cyberattacks, etc.)
  • Customer errors (wrong email, lost code, etc.)

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website (text, images, design, code system) is the property of Worldcupkick. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content without our prior written permission.

10. User Conduct — Prohibited Actions

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Open chargeback disputes without first contacting our support
  • Engage in fraud, including payment fraud or identity fraud
  • Resell digital codes commercially without authorization
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the website

Violation of these terms may result in: order cancellation without refund, permanent account ban, legal action.
